		<description>There&#039;s got to be a way to incorporate, like, camembert or brie or something into this recipe . . . 

Last night we did this eggs-florentine-type deal where we baked eggs in rammekins with little spinach nests at the bottom.  Breadcrumbs, parmesan, etc.  They were good, but I just kept thinking, man, this rammekin could be an avocado . . .</description>
